You should be able to make the majority of raids from 7pm-12am EST Sunday-Thursday. Applicant gear is expected to be the best available to them, including gear attainable from badges--this means if your gear is worse than badge gear and you do not have that badge gear, you will not be considered and it would be appreciated if you did not waste my time until such a time as you obtained gear that is easily attainable outside of raids. Tier 6 gear/experience are a big plus, particularly for classes marked as selective.
