Before the break it was every day at 7 until usually about 11-12. And Friday's were free days, usually we had all the content done by saturday/sunday.

I'm assuming it'll be pretty non-existant for awhile with TBC's release. Everyone'll need to get to 70, and then get keyed for all the stuff (doesn't take incredibly long unless you suck at 5 mans, Hyjal is kinda lengthy though, taking a heroic run of the hardest wing of each outland instance at one point (that's 4 dungeons)). Even after that, I dont think most of the current raid dungeons are much more than an Ony style dungeon, aside from Hyjal maybe. Black temple seems like it'll be the first traditional raid dungeon (like MC/BWL/AQ/Naxx), and who knows when that'll be implemented -_-

What Aris said is the schedule though :P

The only Ony-style instances are Gruul and Magtheridon. Tempest and Coilfang's raids should be normal ones.
