Second one is pretty sexy, though :)

First one is pretty cool, but no stamina is pretty gay. Less Cloak of Suturing style items imo.

Second one has less top-end than MoM (just wanted to point it out). I wouldn't take it as a Shaman, then again Enhancement is for niggers. But I can see a Paladin wanting it. However, if you're gonna melee, I'd much rather get either:
